Row level security

Hi,
is there a way by which we can provide rowlevel security in sql server2000.
If the above feature is not available can anyone tell me any Work around solutions

Can anyone provide any links or information about the differences in
rounding between access 97 and sql 2000.See

I find that weird. Doesn't that limit portability a lot? Or at least increas
e test time? What was
the rational behind making it implementation defined? Vendors couldn't agree
because of current
implementation?
